Rental Qualifications

To help speed up your application process, please make sure you meet the following requirements before applying:

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee is required to cover processing and background checks.

Credit Check

A credit score of 600 or higher is preferred.

Proof of Income

Applicants must show income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Accepted documents include:

    • Pay stubs (last 3 months)

    • Tax returns

    • Bank statements

Security Deposit

Equal to one month’s rent, due upon lease signing.

Section 8 Welcome

We proudly accept Section 8 vouchers.
