Qualifications:
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of processing the application and conducting background checks.
Credit Check: A good credit score (typically above 600) is preferred.
Proof of Income: Stable income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (including section 8). This includes 3 months of statement income, tax returns, or bank statements.
Security Deposit: We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
